ATNI seeks proposals from qualified consultants to support the development of a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) program. ATNI is also requesting the development of a comprehensive cost benefit analysis tool by sector and accompanying workbook to enable Tribes to analyze future mitigation strategies that meet their individual goals.
