Principles<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>We seek to provide guidance to the federal government in developing and implementing administrative and legislative actions related to Indigenous Peoples and climate change. We will do so through passing intertribal resolutions in partnership with other intertribal organizations including: National Congress of American Indians, United South and Eastern Tribes, Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission, Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission, Columbia River Intertribal Fisheries Commission, Upper Columbia United Tribes, Upper Snake River Tribes, and others.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>ATNI&#8217;s BIA Tribal Resiliency Program efforts have included:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>ATNI-USET Bi-Coastal Collaborative Project \u2013 Tribal Leaders Summit, Workshops, and Tribal Climate Camp<\/li>\n<li>ATNI Climate Change Management\/Research Internships and Youth Education<\/li>\n<li>ATNI Travel Support to engage with regional and national climate change forums<\/li>\n<li>Partnership with Pacific NW Tribal Climate Project \u2013 University of Oregon<\/li>\n<li>Tribal Liaison for NW Climate Science Center<\/li>\n<li>Columbia River Tribal Climate Change Capacity Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Helped fund Nooksack Project and Point No Point Treaty Council Project<\/li>\n<li>Tribal Climate Camps (2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Building Regional Capacity &#8211; ATNI Climate Change Internships and Youth Engagement Initiatives<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field
